While we work closely with our shipping partners, DRIP. is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, peak shipping periods, or circumstances outside our control.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. DRIP is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
