Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@driptattooproducts.com.au

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs where applicable

Once assessed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Conditions

Items approved for return must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for products that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
